After a sold-out workshop at The Actors Co. in Hollywood and a sold-out run in downtown LA, Caroline brought her award-winning, original musical (see below) to NYC. The staged reading (and New York debut) of A Self-Help Guide To Killing Your Boss sold out the Alchemical Theater in Manhattan on November of 2017, and is headed for a festival run this summer! Check out the staged reading event on Facebook here!
Caroline played Hermia, a ghost-obsessed grave-robber, in The Necromantics, a new play running at The Hudson Guild Theater in Manhattan July of 2017.
Caroline played Sylvia, a headstrong, racist housewife, in the award-winning play Hold My Spot, which premiered June 19th, 2017 at the Planet Connections Theatre Festival in Manhattan.
This past year, Caroline co-wrote, produced, and starred in a dark comedy musical called A Self-Help Guide To Killing Your Boss. Based on her own experiences in the fanatical self-help world of Los Angeles, the show debuted in workshop form at The Actors Co. in Hollywood in February of 2016 to a completely sold-out run and rave reviews. With momentum and investments from the workshop, the creative team was able to fund a larger-scale run at the Los Angeles Theatre Center in downtown LA to overwhelming positive feedback.
Watch Caroline sing an original number from the show here, along with the co-composers and co-stars, Chris Brochu and Sam Neagley. After releasing this performance online, the cast was asked to perform it live on L.A.'s top indie radio station, KXLU:
